Dale McLeod retired as a Master Trooper from the North Carolina Highway Patrol with 21 years of Law Enforcement Service. Serving 10 years in the Motor Carrier Enforcement Section, Dale conducted thousands of roadside inspections and functions adhering to State and Federal DOT regulations. Among various tasks he designed a program to address a growing concern about the safety of drivers and commercial vehicles on North Carolina highways, developing and implementing North Carolina Highway Patrol's first "Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety and Awareness Program." He has instructed over 1000 programs for law enforcement, commercial companies, commercial driving schools agricultural groups and many more. Service and awards:
